Craig Borgen Obtains $652,000 Settlement for Client with Neck and Back Injuries from a Car Crash
Miller& Borgen Partner, Craig Borgen, obtained $652,000 settlement for a client injured when her vehicle was rear-ended by a car on the highway while she was stopped in traffic. The defendant denied fault in the collision and also denied that the injuries were a result of the collision because there was minimal damage to our client’s car. As a result of the collision, the client suffered injuries to her low back and neck, necessitating epidural steroid injections, two fusion surgeries and prescription opioid pain medication.
