Craig Borgen Obtains $550,000 Settlement for Client with Neck and Right Shoulder Injuries from a Car Crash
Miller& Borgen Partner, Craig Borgen, obtained $550,000 settlement for a client injured when his vehicle wasstruckby a car at that failed to stop at a stop sign. The defendant denied fault in the collision and also denied that the injuries were a result of the collision. As a result of the collision, the client suffered injuries to his neck and right shoulder, necessitating a fusion surgery, an arthroscopic shoulder surgery and prescription opioid pain medication.
